Villa Nafplion is a brand-new property located in a quiet neighbourhood in the ever popular Aleomandra offering uninterrupted sea view and access through a private path to a secluded beach. The villa is located only 10 minutes’ drive from Mykonos Town and offers access to a jetty from which guests can avoid the traffic and benefit from water taxis to and from Nammos beach and Scorpios.

Villa Nafplion consists of 6 master bedrooms of 50sqm each. 4 of the bedrooms offer amazing sea views and 2 are independent guest rooms with a private entrance and garden views. The villa also includes a staff room with its own fully equipped kitchen suitable for staff.

Upon entering the villa you will find a spacious living room with expansive doors leading to the pool & jacuzzi area with the stunning sapphire waters of the Aegean Sea as the backdrop. The villa is equipped with a fully functional kitchen with modern appliances and direct access to the outdoor BBQ area which has a secondary door leading guests through a private path to a secluded beach. On the lower level guests can take advantage of the fitness room, as well as an additional living room and a back yard.
